I joined DeLuca Financial Services (DFS) in May 2025 as a part-time executive assistant and transitioned to a full-time role in March 2026. I provide dedicated administrative and operational support to DFS leadership, helping manage calendars, communications, website updates, and day-to-day priorities to keep workflows organized and efficient.
Before joining DFS, I spent nearly 20 years as a college professor, teaching English writing and literature. During that time, I also worked as a freelance editor, supporting both fiction and nonfiction projects. Most recently, I applied my skills as a curriculum designer, building online learning modules for compliance training and organizing course scripts, images, and content to create clear and engaging learning experiences.

I earned my BA (2007) and MA (2010) in English Literature from Purdue University Northwest (formerly Calumet) and a second MA in Online Education and Adult Learning (2018) from the University of Colorado Denver.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, I moved with my husband to Florida in 2014. We have two children, a daughter (Anja) born in 2016 and a son (Dardi) born in 2018, and we love to travel as a family. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and listening to audiobooks, watching movies, spending time with family, and exploring new learning experiences through literature and life.
