I joined DFS in January 2026, where I enjoy providing fractional CFO services to emerging investment managers/funds and technical accounting services to renewable energy or energy technology companies.

Prior to joining DFS, I was with Deloitte & Touche in Audit & Assurance for more than 25 years. As an audit partner at Deloitte, I led or was part of the audit leadership team for clients in the power, utility, and renewable energy sectors. It is in this capacity that I met and worked with Lori, and we have maintained a strong friendship ever since.
I am a CPA with deep experience in US GAAP and IFRS technical accounting and financial reporting matters, external audits, internal control audits, complex transaction consultations, acquisitions and disposals of plants and businesses, initial public offerings, and sustainability services. I believe in building long-term relationships with proactive, open, and transparent communication and in providing customer insights and value beyond accounting services.
I live in Southport, North Carolina, with my husband, and we enjoy all the hiking, biking, beach and boating activities that our community provides. I also love traveling, especially to see our grown son in Houston and other family in South Africa.
